Your Trainer: Jack Roberts

Jack Roberts worked within organisations for more than 35 years, in operational, management, consultancy and training roles. He also has an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. He is able to blend the softer, essential skills of working with people, with an understanding of the practical requirements of running a business or organisation. This isn’t theoretical knowledge, it is the hard-edged reality of working with difficult people, for example, or when managing conflict. To be able to work successfully with people, needs a good understanding of them.
