This half-day short course not only develops your own mindset – it also gives you the tools for creating a team culture that embraces learning, resilience and continuous improvement.

A growth mindset is based on the belief that abilities are developed through learning, effort, feedback and experience. You will learn the difference between growth and fixed mindsets; and how your own thinking can influence your behaviour and that of your team.

This course is primarily designed for managers and team leaders, including project managers and for those who are navigating organisational change.

Your Trainer: Jack Roberts

Jack Roberts worked within organisations for more than 35 years, in operational, management, consultancy and training roles. He also has an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. He is able to blend the softer, essential skills of working with people, with an understanding of the practical requirements of running a business or organisation. This isn’t theoretical knowledge, it is the hard-edged reality of working with difficult people, for example, or when managing a conflict. To be able to work successfully with people, needs an understanding of them.
