The Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship will give you the knowledge and skills you need to succeed as a leader and take the next step in your managerial career. During the programme, you will enhance your managerial skills to embrace the challenges presented by the dynamic business environment including efficiencies, growth, and change. 

The Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeship is a Level 5 programme and is designed for those currently working in middle management who are looking to move into a more senior role. Upon successful completion, apprentices can register as full members of the Chartered Management Institute and/or The Institute of Leadership and Management.

Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships are delivered through a blend of virtual and face to face sessions, led by subject specialists. Our flexible delivery mode and small cohort sizes enable us to tailor apprenticeship programmes to your unique requirements.

On completion, apprentices can register as full members of the Chartered Management Institute and/or The Institute of Leadership and Management. Those with 3 years of management experience can also then apply for Chartered Manager Status.

GCSEs at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, Operations / Departmental Manager Apprentices will gain the following knowledge and skills and will be able to exhibit the following behaviours:
