Cath Jackson is a specialist in apprenticeships, curriculum design, and organisational development, with over a decade’s experience in further and higher education, Cath is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Higher Education Academy and is a lecturer with The Open University. She is a trainer in CMI and ILM Leadership & Management programmes and apprenticeships, aligning qualifications to industry needs and delivering a business impact.
As a qualified assessor and lecturer, Cath has developed bespoke training for global brands including Tronox, Jaguar Land Rover, Mars Inc. and Vanderlande. Her structured, learner-centred teaching style fosters engagement, confidence, and practical outcomes. Enthusiastic about leadership development and continuous improvement, she is completing an MA to continue her educational journey. Cath brings clarity, rigour, and a consultative touch to every learning experience.
